Retreats
Where sisterhood leaves the screen and becomes tangible. Limited seats, held with deep intention..

Some medicine can only be received in person.
Our retreats gather a small circle of women away from the noise of daily life — for ritual, movement, rest, and the kind of connection that happens when you're actually in the room together. Each retreat is intimate by design, and seats are held by inquiry, not instant checkout, so we can make sure it's the right fit for you.

An Invitation
You Don't Need to Escape Your Life
You need space to hear yourself again.
There is so much noise in modern womanhood. So much doing. So much giving. So much over stimulation. We wake up and reach for our phones. We drink coffee to get ourselves going. We spend our days working, answering messages, taking care of people, scrolling, consuming, planning, thinking, and carrying around a million little things in our minds. And then, when we finally get a moment to ourselves, so often we reach for something else to help us switch off — another screen, a glass of wine, more scrolling, more noise.
We've become really good at being busy, stimulated, and available to everyone else. But when was the last time you were truly available to you?
My retreats are an invitation to step away from all of that for a little while. To get quiet enough to actually hear yourself again. To come back into your body, your own natural rhythm, your desires, your intuition, and that little voice inside of you that actually knows a lot, but can be really hard to hear when life gets loud.
This isn't about escaping your life. It's about creating enough space to remember the woman who is already there.
Because maybe you don't need another book, podcast, program, morning routine, or person telling you what you should be doing. Maybe you actually need less. Less input. Less stimulation. Less rushing. Less performing. And more space to simply be.
My retreats are intentionally restorative, alcohol-free experiences rooted in feminine wisdom, nature, nourishment, ritual, sisterhood, and real connection. And every single one is different. Some are a little more wild and adventurous. Others are slow, soft, cozy, and deeply restorative. The season changes. The landscape changes. The energy changes.
You might find yourself practicing gentle yoga, sitting in silent meditation, tapping through something you've been carrying, drinking matcha slowly, wandering through the forest, gathering around beautiful meals, sitting in ceremony, learning something new, laughing your ass off with women you barely knew a few days before, or simply doing absolutely nothing for a little while. But underneath every retreat is the same intention: to bring you back to you.
Because there is actually something pretty rebellious about choosing this kind of space. We live in a world that has completely normalized exhaustion — coffee to get through the morning, wine to take the edge off at night, phones beside us from the moment we wake up until we go to sleep. Constant information. Constant consumption. Constant availability. And somewhere along the way, rest became something we were supposed to earn after we'd finally done enough. Except the list is never done.
These retreats aren't about deprivation or following another list of wellness rules. They're about taking away some of the noise and noticing what happens when you slow down. When your body gets to soften. When someone else cooks you a beautiful meal and you simply get to receive it. When you spend time outside. When you laugh, move, sleep, breathe, play, and have conversations that go way beyond surface-level bullshit. When you actually let yourself be where you are.
And then there's the women. Because there is something that happens when women gather together that you simply can't manufacture. We share meals. Move our bodies. Sit in silence. Tell stories. Laugh until our stomachs hurt. Get real. Hold space for one another. And remind each other of things we may have forgotten about ourselves. We were never meant to do all of this alone.
So this is your invitation to step away from the noise. To put some of the shit you've been carrying down. To let yourself be held, nourished, witnessed, and cared for. To reconnect with your body, your intuition, your joy, and the women around you.
To return home remembering yourself a little more. Knowing what matters a little more clearly. And remembering just how fucking good it feels to be fully alive.
